by agreeing with my terms, the client is agreeing to the following:
ꕤ clients do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT or use the art for generative AI purposes
ꕤ clients may not copy or trace my work in any way
ꕤ Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or Youtube Thumbnails and similar cases
ꕤ credits when reposting on social media are not required, but appreciated (see socials tab for any links you might need)
ꕤ clients may not miscredit my work. while credits arent mandatory, client are not allowed to attribute their commissioned work to any other artist
ꕤ Clients may produce physical reproductions of their work for PERSONAL use only, if they want any merch done of their commission there is a one time 20USD fee to be paid per artwork
ꕤ I retain the copyright to all work I produce. This includes use of the work for self-promotion, as example work in sales of commissions, the right to redistribute, and the right to reproduce the work, unless an agreement is made stating otherwise. For commissions that are public (no limitations stated on posting the work) I may post these works to my other social media platforms with proper credit to the client for ownership of the character’s design.

all clients will need to provide the following info:
ꕤ preferred name and pronouns
ꕤ e-mail i can send the finished project to
ꕤ social media handles, for both credit and other means of contact
ꕤ a written confirmation that they agree with my TOS
ꕤ all the necessary references such as character reference, poses, composition and any other information they deem necessary for the commissions. the more the merrier
ꕤ written permission to work (or not) on your project during stream

📝┊project
ꕤ i have the right to refuse any project
ꕤ i have the right to cancel any ongoing project - see "refunds and delivery"
ꕤ projects are only officially accepted, meaning i will only start on them, once the first half of or full payment has been made (payment plans vary from one commission style to the other)
ꕤ projects in which the client fails to provide all the necessary information may suffer some delay

🌷┊usage
ꕤ all commissions are intended for personal use. usage of my work for emotes, stream overlays and icons fall under that category
ꕤ as of now, i only charge commercial usage rights if the client chooses to use my work on their merch (ex: art prints, postcards, apparel designs, charms, stickers or keychains)
ꕤ for emotes, the commercial fee is a one time payment (per emote) of 20USD or 25BRL
ꕤ for bigger works, i take a fee of 50% of the commission’s price (ex: if the commission costs $100, the fee will cost $50)
ꕤ fees are subject to increase at the scope of the project, such as applying to groups, businesses and corporations
ꕤ a client may request for their project to remain private, meaning i can’t stream, post wips or the completed version of a project untl an agreed upon date in the future
💵┊payment
ꕤ i will only begin working on a commission once the first half of the payment is received, or the full payment in special cases
ꕤ payment will be sent through ko-fi by international clients, or via pix if the client is in Brazil
ꕤ prices are listed as a baseline and can fluctuate above what’s listed based on complexity
ꕤ additional fees may apply in case the client wants to use their commissioned work commercially - see “usage”
ꕤ in case of half/half payment plans, the second half is expected after the sketch delivery

💸┊refunds and delivery
ꕤ full refunds may occur if a commission has been canceled before i start working on it
ꕤ if the commission process has already started, a partial refund may be available depending on the extent of work put into it
ꕤ partial refunds may be available if i fail to complete a project in a reasonable, timely manner. some leniency is allowed as long as delays in expected project timeline are clearly communicated with the client
ꕤ completed commissions may be withheld if payment from client is not fulfilled correctly

📓┊process
ꕤ please keep in mind i’m still a full time student and that might influence my turnaround time
ꕤ under normal circumstances, expect a turnaround time of 2 - 3 weeks for single item commissions. bigger projects have a 1 - 3 months estimative
ꕤ turnaround range can also vary based on what other projects i’m working on at the time, complexity of the order, and information provided by the client, such as reference or communication. please plan accordingly
ꕤ i keep my twitter updated in case any setbacks that might extend delivery happen
ꕤ every commission type will receive a sketch for initial approval. please prioritize this phase to request any changes
ꕤ changes requested after the line art phase started may incur additional fees
ꕤ in case of missed details on my part, there will be no fees (ex: wrong eye color, clipping line, forgotten accessory, etc)
ꕤ completed commissions will be sent in full resolution via e-mail or google drive unless stated otherwise. they will only be sent after the final payment is made
